Kentucky Derby Pie
Derby festivities are in full swing here in the Bluegrass State, so I thought it would only be appropriate to share with you all my Derby Pie recipe. This classic pie is quick and easy to make right in your own kitchen, and in my opinion, tastes just as good (if not better) than store bought. With just a handful of ingredients and a few simple steps, this pie can be made in under an hour and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser! I have an incurable weakness when it comes to Derby Pie, so you better believe I ate every last bite of the slice shown above after I captured the picture. Don’t judge me! Coffee and pastry’s are my happy place! If you are attending or hosting a party this weekend, I hope you’ll find this as easy to make and as satisfying as we do here in the Farmhouse.
